At Bask and Lather Co, we want you to love your hair and skin results; however, due to the nature of our natural beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip before shipping the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
